The apartment is located in a very quiet location in Postira, Molo Lozna street lll.br17, on the ground floor of the house.

The apartment itself has its own parking space for two vehicles of 30 m2, 100 m2 yard with an outdoor fireplace and deckchairs with a table and chairs for dining. Next to the house on the west side there are deckchairs with an outdoor solar shower with hot water and next to them is a pool with jets (Jacuzzi). The pool itself is 6×3 meters and 1.5m deep with a wonderful view of the coast and the sea itself. Next to the pool there is a separate room where there is a fitness room for exercise. All of the above is used ONLY by the guests of the Blue diamond apartment, and other guests do not have the right of access.

THE APARTMENT IS SUITABLE FOR PERSONS WITH PERSONAL NEEDS (DISABLED) There are no high obstacles, stairs, narrow doors and the like. The apartment has one bathroom with a toilet fully adapted for the disabled.
The apartment is entered from the parking lot on the east side of the house, where there is a separate entrance. The apartment is air-conditioned with three air conditioners, which are located in the living room and the kitchen, while the other two air conditioners are located in the two large bedrooms. The smaller room is not air-conditioned. Two toilets with shower cabins in which there is underfloor heating, one of which is suitable for the disabled. There are three TV receivers in the apartment.
The bedrooms have double beds for two people, and the beds themselves have modern 27cm yogis with memory foam, which adapts to each person regardless of weight.
The apartment has a view of the pool, the surrounding area and the sea itself and is located in a very quiet location, hidden from the view of passers-by from the road itself.
In the street itself there is a grocery store “Konzum”, which is approx. 300m away. The beaches of Mala Lozna are approx. 400m away (a 5-minute walk), and the center itself, where there are post offices, shops, restaurants, is a 15-minute walk (approx. 1000 m).
The apartment is available to guests from 01.04 to 01.11
